RULES FOR BOARDERS:
Boarders may receive visitors in the school parlour on every second Saturday of the month from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30a.m. and from 1:00p.m to 3:30 p.m. No visiting request request will be entertained except on the above schedule.
Visitors other than immediate relatives may see a student only with his parent's permission letter given in writing to the Hostel Authorities.
Visitors on their arrival must report to the Hostel Superintendent or Matron and write on the visitor's slip asking for the person they want to meet.
Visitors including parents, desiring to take seniro students (Classess 8 to 10) out to town may do so only on school outing days.
School outing days are the second Sunday (Nepali Calendar) of the month. Only those students are allowed out who have given overall satisfation during the previous month (only for boys)
The boarders, both on leaving school and on returning, must be accompanied by their parents or by a person duty authorized by them.
Before leaving the hostel, students must report to either the Hostel Superintendent of Assistant Hostel Superintendent.
The boarders are not allowed to bring to any cash with them. A small amount of Pocket Money shall be released from the school and it shall be entertained in the bill.
Students may receive food parcels only on birthdays and all parcels coming to them (Book, Bood, etc.) must pass through the Hostel Superintendent's Office.
The boarders are not allowed to bring any Tucks, Parents are also requested not to leave behind any tucks with their wards during visiting days.
Radio and electronic goods are forbideen for all boys from class III to Class V are not to have wrist watches. |
